Natural Honey
Our hives are kept in our orchard. Honey is collected by the bees from the fruit trees and surrounding wild flowers. There has been alot of activity from the bees, and we have collected this year's honey from the hives.
There has been much interest in the reputed properties of honey for the treatment of hay fever and allergies. The theory is that local honey, that has not been over-processed, will contain the same pollen as that which is causing an allergic reaction. By regularly taking small amounts of honey, immunity will be achieved. Honey also tastes delicious!

We sell honey in 454g (1lb) jars.
This years early crop has been taken off, and we have a good amount to divide between set and runny honey. The set honey is being put by for those who have a problem with allergies.
